Hi, I'm pleased to announce v2.17 of tablet-encode; a video encoder which specifically targets Nokia's Internet Tablets, and aims to be as simple as possible to use on Windows, Mac OS X or Linux. More info on tablet-encode can be found at: http://mediautils.garage.maemo.org/tablet-encode.html New in this version: * Use /dev/null and a named log file when in two-pass mode (suggested by Dave Coutts). * When using DVD auto-detection, select language based on first key in $LANG (requested by Luca Olivetti and Brad Midgley). It can be downloaded from the maemo garage now: https://garage.maemo.org/frs/?group_id=455&release_id=1557 The requirements are unchanged: * Mac OS X, Windows or Linux operating system. * Perl * mencoder - from http://www.mplayerhq.hu/ If anybody has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers, Andrew -- Andrew Flegg -- mailto:andrew at bleb.org | http://www.bleb.org/
