Oh, I see, on ebay everything is possible :-) AFAIK 4GB mmcmobile cards 
were never sold by any 'normal' manufacturer (Transcend, Kingston, 
A-Data,...).

No, not me. 2GB is currently enough for me in 770 and I already have 4GB 
miniSD in N810. Once I move to 8GB with N810, I'll buy microSD and test 
it with 770 too. But several other people reported success.
