I searched the extras-devel manually and it seems to be in the Packages 
file, but it's not appearing in the App Manager. My catalog entry for 
extras-dev says Distributions chinook diablo, and Components free 
non-free. I'm obviously missing something to make cups appear in the 
installable apps, but what?
