You can also access these settings any time the onscreen keyboard is
in use by clicking the menu button (bottom leftmost key on my USA
layout). Then click Tools->Settings->Languages tab->Settings. That
looks like more clicks, but it can be more convenient, especially if
you're in fullscreen and want to switch the mode off and on.
