[maemo-users] GPE and Pimlico

I haven't heard of or tried Pimlico, have heard of and use GPE, 
primarily for it's calendar and todo utility.    This doesn't mean one 
is better than another.  Just GPE was there first and probably has more 
users.   I may take a look at Pimlico, just to see what it's like.  I 
just got thru playing around with a couple of the media players for the 
same reason -- see which one I like the best.   It's one of the nice 
things about  the tablet is it's 'free' base of apps. 

  Without doing research on Pimlico features is one feature I really 
like about GPE is one can display the GPE calendar as a 'transparency' 
on the desktop (behind or in front of RSS feeds).   Syncing with GPE 
Calendar Google via Erming is also nice...
