[maemo-users] how to free up space in rootfs

I ended up just using the standalone flashing utility (after backing up 
my data) to update:

http://tablets-dev.nokia.com/maemo-dev-env-downloads.php

It works fine, but you'll have to restore afterward and do some 
reconfiguration.
