Rsync isn't installed as part of the standard build, but needs to be
installed from the repositories (Extras, I think).

Rsync is better for backups than rcp, because it will only transfer
files that have changed, whereas rcp (or scp, which I prefer) will
transfer everything, whether it's changed or not.
