<div>It depends... for example, I don't usually buy mobile phones, but wait until my phone company makes me an offer with a locked device... Nokia N80 and N770 were exceptions for me... I bought them as free unlocked devices for their original price, because I thought they were much better than any locked device I was ever offered...</div>
