What will they do ? Give a new one / Fix mine / Give my money back ? How long will it take ?<br>

If you've already tried flashing it, I guess that means you have hardware issues.<br>

Which version of the rootfs and mmc did you flash?<br>

Also, when you connect the headphone, do you see the headphone logo appear at the top?<br>
