Uh. That's a bug in the Bugzilla code it seems, because we had removed REMIND
already (cf. bug 2365) and one must check for remaining reports, otherwise a
resolution cannot be removed.
I wonder why this one and bug 270 were not found by the queries.

Reopening to get rid of deprecated "REMIND" resolution.
