Hi I have a N800 with OS2008. I have installed rtcomm beta version and have tried to make call with the asterisk system I have at home. I have a Linksys spa3102 working exclusively as a fxo for asterisk (updated to the last firmware). I have tried my asterisk/spa3102 system with two sip softphones (ekiga and wengophone) and both work fine, either for incoming and outgoing calls. The N800 works with asterisk and registers fine (althoug asterisk cli keeps on telling me that Got SIP response 405 "Methon Not Allowed" back from N800). Incoming calls is not a problem, they work fine. But the problem is when making a phone call from the N800. It comunicates with asterisk, and asterisk cli says its bridging the N800 and the spa3102. Then the N800 says its been a problem with the one server and stops the call. Maybe half of the time loses the conection with asterisk as well. The spa3102 makes the call through the pstn, as I can check in the spa3102 admin web page. It seems there is a problem connecting the N800 and the spa3102 for calls being made from the N800. When the spa3102 recieves a call from the pstn line and the N800 picks up it all works fine. As I said, two other SIP softphone are working with the spa3102, either for outgoing and incoming calls. Only problem is N800 making a call and trying to connect to spa3102. I am no voip expert, and this is my first time setting a asterisk server, but I will gladly help debuggin sip messages to check what fails between the N800 and the spa3102, to get them working together. -- Hugo Baldasano
