STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. Start pidgin
2. Hide window with the screen right top [X] button
3. Click on notification area pidgin applet to get the window back

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Pidgin window to open

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
No window opens, and all maemo side panels (left side buttons and notification
area at the top) disappear.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always/sometimes/once)
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
A lot, but I dont't think they are relevant.

OTHER COMMENTS:
The window and menus get back if you press powerbutton for the menu, and select
cancel. Also if you start any application i.e. rss reader by clicking the
destop rss applet entry (you can't open others, since there is no application
menu available at this erroneus state). Now maemo window manager draws back
everything pidgin hid, including the pidgin window.
