According to the internal ticket this has been fixed in certman 1.7.19 which
will be part of the upcoming Diablo release:
"Now the client reports an unknown error in server certificate when trying to
connect to a server with a CACert supplied certificate."

loudmouth-1.3.3-0osso2 contains fix for the loudmouth part.

Closing as fixed.
