Tested on Diablo.  Select image window doesn't appear, but once user
closes the file selector, sometimes something invisible takes or keeps
a pointer grab[1].  This prevents screen from blanking.   Except for
the image button, the dialog still works fully though and closing
the dialog gets rid of the grab so the main issue in this bug
(there's a pointer grab user cannot *easily* get rid of) seems to
be (mostly) fixed in Diablo.

Is that enough to mark this as fixed?

(separate bug could be filed about the remaining issue)


[1] two first task navigator menus don't open, but for some reason
the application menu opens.  Maybe grab doesn't concern XInput, only
normal pointer events?  (I think applications menu is using XInput
for legacy reasons, earlier there were separate thumb & stylus menus)
