Transport is set to UDP in both gizmo and voipuser accounts.

Settings are as follows :-
* mark_waters @ proxy01.sipphone.com
* Transport = UDP
* Outgoing Proxy = (empty)
* Port = 5060
* Discover Public Address = enabled
* Keep-alive Mechanism = Auto
* Keep alive freuency = 0
* Authentication username = (empty)
* Authentication password = (empty)
* Autodetect STUN = disabled
* STUN server = stun01.sipphone.com
* STUN port = 3478

Yes , the N800 is behind NAT. I have forwarded a range of 100 ports to the
nokia but no way (?) of setting rtcomm to use that range.

When I use the Gizmo5 client on my desktop and the N800 it works a treat. This
can be set to use the specific range of open ports.
