I am glad for you message!

YES, My SIP Server have not authentication. The Server don't be managed by me. 

So, after n810 sip client get public ip address from response(200 OK or 404
Proxy Auth) of register, it must do next step according to register state! if
register, means get 200OK, sip client must send unregister and re-register with
public ip address. if get 404, sip client may directly send register with new
ip public ip address.
