Current specification says: "If status message is too long it is just
truncated."
This is a WONTFIX for Diablo.

For Fremantle it's still undecided what to do, but there will be a decision -
either FIXED by finding a way, or WONTFIX by just truncating.
Hence setting Target Milestone.
