Excellent!

As a matter of fact, I have been in pretty deep communication with the people
at callcentric. This is what they have said after doing packet traces:

Hello,

We have tested with a Nokia E90, understandably running Symbian and not Maemo,
however the calls worked normally.

What we are seeing in your calls is somewhat out of order packet delivery. What
we notice may indicate that there is either a firewall or network configuration
issue affecting the delivery of packets. As we do not have many users, actually
you are our only user, using Maemo devices we cannot justify the purchase. We
will try our best to assist you as much as we can in this case however we
cannot test this device in lab as of yet.

===END===

As well, they sent me what appears to be a packet dump. I have not recently
used tcpdump, but will try to figure out how and dump packets myself.
