https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3824 ------- Comment #9 from shopping at tarek.org 2008-10-29 04:43 GMT+3 ------- I'll try to document some practical steps for fixing this problem. #1. even in Diablo, one can use the chinook gconf-editor: wget http://repository.maemo.org/extras/pool/4.0/free/g/gconf-editor/gconf-editor_2.18.0-0.maemo1_armel.deb dpkg -i gconf-editor_2.18.0-0.maemo1_armel.deb #2. However, I'm lost here. I went into gconf-editor, and navigated as you stated, but found no key. So I made a key (param-loose-routing) and set it to "1" #3. Now the account will not connect, timing out after some period of time. Initially, I had it set to no outbound proxy, and then to the outbound proxy as sip:callcentric.com, both of which connected but gave me the problems as discussed. With the param-loose-routing set to "1" (integer) and the outbound proxy either not set or set as sip:callcentric.com, the call fails as previously. tarek : ) tarek : ) -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.maemo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Replies to this email are NOT read, instead please add comments at https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3824 ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee.
