I tried it both as integer and boolean key.

I set the outbound proxy as blank, callcentric.com and sip:callcentric.com

with callcentric.com, it doesn't connect. With sip:callcentric.com (which is
obviously wrong) and blank, it connects, but calls to 1-514-340-8222 still do
not connect, ending in "did not answer.

I'll reopen the bug as you indicated.
