I'm really sorry to say, but still the exact same behaviour, even when all
other SIP accounts disabled, set to 5060 (oops!), and with the proxy as
callcentric.com with the loose-routing enabled as a boolean in GConf-editor.

How can I help debug further? Is the 514-3408222 number working for you right
now using a stock diablo plus RTComm beta on garage?
