Alright. I'll get another packet dump.

The issue with this is that the calls are variable. Even before I opened the
bug - and until today - many numbers work well. However, a few key ones do not.
An example being this number, 1-514-340-8222 , which I unfortunately use for
work. Since, I have discovered several other random numbers - that of a
friend's cell phone, a random one here and there - that basically always
display this behaviour.

Anyhow, I'll get another dump and get back to you.
