Maybe you did not read my previous comments. . .

THIS BUG HAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH GRANDCENTRAL! (Yes. I'm yelling!)

Please reread my previous comments. This is a bug in Maemo SIP application.
DTMF never works after the call is initiated.
