DTMF works fine after call is initiated.  I just did so under Diablo.

- presumes exsiting, configured sipphone account ( gizmo )

1) open internet call
2) dial 18002341490
3) wait for prompt
3) press 3 ( or open DTMF pad and press 3 )

and it works.
