I have confirmed that 192.168.1.66 is the (network-internal) IP of the tablet
that I'm trying to connect to.

The posted telepathy-stream-log is for the "reject" case, while I don't
remember whether the linked tcpdump is for "reject" or "deny." To remedy this,
I've done each case separately. Timeline for each:

1. start telepath-stream-engine log (command as given by Olivier)
2. start tpcdump capture (tcpdump -w file.cap)
3. start Internet Call
4. click green telephone button to initiate call
5. let it "ring" several times to get a number of packets through
6. click red telephone button to cancel call
7. cancel log and packet capture and close Internet Call.

I'm attaching two tarfiles containing the packet capture and telepathy log.
