           Product: Chat and Internet Call
           Version: 4.1.3 (5.2008.43-7)
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Windows
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: Low
         Component: IM/Chat

SOFTWARE VERSION: 5.2008.43-7
(Control Panel > General > About product)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1) Install RTCOMM.
2) Create an IRC account through the Control Panel to any IRC server.
3) Join any channel on that IRC server.
4) Have a second client in that same channel change it's nickname.

EXPECTED OUTCOME: IRC plugin should announce the user's nick change as
"originalName is now known as NewName".

ACTUAL OUTCOME: IRC plugin announces the user's nick change as the new user
nickname joining the channel and the old nickname leaving, which is incorrect.

REPRODUCIBILITY: Always
(always/sometimes/once)

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: RTCOMM
