EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Import contact from .vcf file that contains Middle Name field
2. View contact and note the lack of Middle Name
3. View contact in another application that supports middle names (ex. Hermes)

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
- Field to edit Middle Name present in Contact editing page.
- Option to include Middle Name in "Display names" for contact
- - ex.:
- - First Name Middle Name Last Name
- - Last Name, First Name Middle Initial

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Middle Name completely absent from display.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

OTHER COMMENTS:
That I can see the Middle Name in other applications suggests that the name is
there; another alternative would simply be to allow arbitrary fields in the
Contacts page and Display names.
