EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Run the Phone app
2. Tap on any Contact from the log, it gives you the option to Call, Google
Talk, Skype
3. Tap on any number that is not entered in your Contacts, it gives you the
option to do all the above + SMS.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Should also provide a button to send an SMS for the Contact on the call log.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Provides only options to Call + Call via other VoIP services

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
