It would be very useful to have the possibility to block or ignore certain
messages.  Based on sender and content.

Some examples:
* I don't need to know that nickserv properly connected me to IRC: "You are now
identified for ..." every time I connect my phone to the internet.
* I want to be able to block annoying messages from my phone company about low
credit. "Your call credit is less than ..."

I've been waiting for such a feature in my phone for years.
