I don't think this is important enough to deserve all that's needed to
introoduce a new Input Mode.
I think that the effort of pressing shift once is not that hard that it must be
an issue not to have this feature.

Also, there might be other cases of names that are written in lowercase (Guido|
van Rossum) so we can never totally cover writing fashions.

I think this should be marked as invalid..
