https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6625 ------- Comment #4 from miguelito at ctv.es 2009-12-06 19:57 GMT+3 ------- (In reply to comment #3) > So you have all resturants of your town stored as contacts on your phone and > hence search the next one nearby? You know which company a person asks for but > you have forgotten her/his name? > I don't get it. > Let me go into more detail for you: Imagine you put in all the restaurants you like all over the world in your device; a colleague says can you recommend a good restaurant in Bombay: with a search function for all fields you can. Or you remember the street of a new restaurant but not the name. Similarly, you may want to check off whether you have mailed all your 58 contacts at Shell regarding a new development, but cannot remember their 58 names. With a search function which includes the city field you could. The question is much rather why you think users would be happy with a limited search function on their mobile computer. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.maemo.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Replies to this email are NOT read, instead please add comments at https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6625 ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the QA contact for the bug, or are watching the QA contact.
