EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Make call
2. Enter touch tones
3. End call

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Touch tones can be entered and the call ended without switching menus.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The dialling pad has to be selected to enter touch tones, then closed to get to
the end call (or any other) button.
