I started to compare some log files. A clear difference that happens just prior
to the "nua_set_params(): failed: Error Setting SOA Parameters", followed by
the Internal Server error is

"cb_fs_local_candidates_prepared: candidate->ip = ''"

On the working desktop session this has a real IP address
