SOFTWARE VERSION: Maemo 1.2009.42-11.203.2 on N900.

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Install telepathy-butterfly from extras-testing.
2. Add MSN contacts.
3. Attempt to start MSN chat session with contacts.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
1. When viewing a contact in the contact manager, a button should appear to
begin an MSN chat session.
2. Selecting a contact from the "New IM" screen in the conversations manager
should initiate begin an MSN chat session.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
1. For a small number of contacts, the MSN button doesn't appear except
immediately after a reboot.
2. For the contacts affected by (1), selecting them from the list shown by the
"New IM" screen does nothing at all (no chat session is launched; the view
returns directly to the main conversations window).

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
Always for the affected contacts, except immediately after a reboot, when
things work as expected.
