EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Aswering phone when it rings.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Aswering phone normally and saw the caller number and call back to the caller.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
When answering phone and caller use short number example 1234 the phone say
"unknown number". Also if trying to call back to the caller, the phone say
"call not allowed"

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
Always when using the short numbers.

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
None

OTHER COMMENTS:
This problem is annoying.
