My hearing is not great. I would like to be alerted of an incoming text message
or call using vibration, but not when the phone is on my desk. When I am
sitting next to the phone, I can hear the ringtones fine, but when I am outside
and the phone is in my pocket, I can't hear it so good.

I would like this to happen automatically, rather than having to change the
profile or settings every time I put the phone down or pick it up.
