The yellow envelope button is used to ignore the call. The call is not rejected
but remains alerting for the caller, while the callee is taken to an SMS
conversation.

When the caller hangs up, there will be a missed call notification, and before
that, the callee can return to the incoming call dialog by opening the Phone
app. But other than these, there's no indication of the still alerting call.

We have a cellular call indicator in the the status bar (the white phone icon),
but it does not appear to be shown before the call is active.
