EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 

1. Call or be called over Skype
2. Open Contacts (Applications > Contacts)
3. Select another Skype contact and add them to the existing call

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

Ability to manage a conference call (add and remove contacts).

ACTUAL OUTCOME:

No such functionality appears to exist.
