If you can't use mc-account to set the local-ip-address and the proxy-host
parameters, I'd suggest adapting the code in the "nokia.down" script.

This script uses gconftool to unset these two parameters... I did it this way
because mc-account lacks an "unset" capability.  You can probably use
gconftool to set these two parameters as well - you'd need the --set
option, and perhaps the --type option as well.  I'm not sure which types
to use (probably "string" for the proxy;  dunno about the local IP address).
