Numbers ending in a hash are either Unstructured Supplementary Service Data
(USSD) or Supplementary Service (SS) codes, neither of which 1.2009.42-11
supports.

This is an SS code that registers and activates all conditional (no answer,
unreachable, or busy) diverts to the given number. On N900, this type of divert
can be configured from Settings > Phone.

This is a USSD code, similar to "*100#" from the first comment of this bug.

This is an SS code to register an unconditional divert to number 1431.
