EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 

1. start a chat with a contact
2. try to send a photo or any other file during the chat
3. 

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
send the file through the chat window
ACTUAL OUTCOME:
unable to do it
REPRODUCIBILITY: always
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)
