EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Open contact
2. Select a contact
3. Add/Edit phone number

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Being able to insert "+" in front of country code

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The field only allows numbers to be entered

(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)

I'm using a N900 with finnish keyboard Layout -> "+" is entered using "blue
arrow"+"S"
