It would be very useful if you could send us your message database as it exists
when you see this problem, stored at /home/user/.rtcom-eventlogger/el.db. But
as it may contain messages and call history, be aware this is your private
data. If you can't obtain a clear sample database to attach here, but still
willing to send us your real data for examination, please indicate how can we
contact you.
