EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Completely setup ICQ account (by setting/VoIP and IM accounts)
2. Connect to network (Att for example)
3. Status bar applet set ICQ account to Online (StatusBar>Availability) and
press save

OTHER COMMENTS:
I guess ICQ plugin should try to reconnect with some time intervals. I think it
should be something like this: 5 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 5 min. and after
this try to reconnect each 5-30 min. Probably will be better to add
reconnection attempt frequency to menu.
