Unfortunately, getting private data out of users turns out to be more
complicated than an engineer like me would imagine (and this is perhaps a good
thing). So we'll have to try reproducing it on our own, and you can turn to
Nokia care if you want somebody in Nokia to look on the contents of your
device.

Having said that, could you check if the problem is reproducible on a fresh
database? You can rename the file, preferably after taking a backup, and
restart the device to try again.
It would be also interesting to see if the problem persists over a backup and
restore.
