Sure, it's a simple matter of implementation. The bug might as well be
postponed to Harmattan, as that is the scope where we are ready to consider
implementation of this feature.

That said, _some_ public brainstorming would not hurt, such as: do you insist
on having transfers woven into chat views as the bug description implies, or
could they be represented in a detached user interface (together, perhaps, with
some other file transfers happening at the moment)?
