EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Import a VCF file with many (strictly more than 1025) entries

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
All entries imported.
Failing that, display an error message only on failure to import all entries;
don't show an error message when all entries imported correctly.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Only the first 1025 entries are imported.
Error message complains that file is "too big", even if the file has less than
1025 entries. I tried with 1000 entries, the "file too big" error message comes
up, but all entries are imported. No error message with 900 entries. I did not
try values in between.
