conversion script from Palm VCF to Nokia VCF

Until the set of related bugs is fixed in a public update, this may be useful
to other people hitting this set of related bugs. This script converts the
VCard file created by the export of Palm Desktop 4.1 (version for Treo 600),
and possibly other versions, to a VCard file that imports well into a Nokia
N900. It works around bugs #7094, #7191, #7192. It also tries to recognise the
situation where several phone numbers are separated by spaces instead of
newline, only in the case where the later phone numbers start with "+" (this
autodetection probably should _not_ go into the Maemo Contacts import logic, or
at least the rationale for it is much weaker and the dangers greater).

It needs a POSIX OS to run on (/bin/sh, sed, grep, ...), GNU recode
(ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/recode/) and tofrodos
(http://www.thefreecountry.com/tofrodos/).
