Add Windows Live Messenger support as default included feature.

Million Windows Live Messenger users. It is hard to get accurate measures but
it seems that it is by far the most actively used chat network.

I can be reasoned easiltythat Windows Live Messenger support is strategic
imperative for success of Maemo.
