EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Write a text message and send to self
2. Open the incoming text message conversation
3. Now write another message and send, keeping the conversation open

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Phone vibrates and sound text alert tone

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
No vibrate + only a beep is sounded

REPRODUCIBILITY:
Always

OTHER COMMENTS:
Done in General profile with vibrate + sound maxed.
